ForeThought manages the GovCloud hosted Ships Program Management Integrated Data Environment (SPMIDE) for NAVSEA – Team Ships. The SPMIDE currently hosts program management data for the DDG 1000, DDG (X) and FFG 62 Navy Programs.
The environment includes tools to support Product Lifecycle Management and collaboration including Siemens Teamcenter PLM, SharePoint, and Risk and Opportunities Management.
The SPMIDE is a Risk Management Framework accredited environment hosted in the NAVSEA brokered GovCloud. The environment is securely accessed and protected via PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) and PIV (Personal Identity Verification).
